Is there a setup fee or implementation cost?

No setup fee on Core or Pro. Enterprise deployments include a one-time integration scope priced against your aggregator and FWA stack — typically four to eight weeks, fixed-fee.

What if my agency grows mid-year?

Pro pricing is per-aide-per-month. You add aides, your bill goes up by $12 each. You shrink, it goes down. We don't charge for seats you don't use.

How does the 30-day money-back work?

If VisitLock doesn't reduce flagged visits in your first 30 days, we refund the platform fee. No phone calls to a retention desk. One email.

Do you offer non-profit or community-clinic pricing?

Is the BAA included?
